The front desk employees were all very nice.
The dining staff was utterly chaotic. They didn't seem to understand that we were waiting to place an order and we ended up calling it in ourselves. This confusion, coupled with how they handled the payment, was simply infuriating. I expected better!

The breakfast was fabulous! It was nice that we did not have to go outside to get to breakfast.
The room door had a big gap, letting noise in from the hallway, making disturbances a common occurrence.

Had a great vacation with friends visiting the local botanical garden and historic downtown. The fitness room was impressive, and we loved the breakfast, especially meeting Larrance who kept everything stocked. The grounds were nice and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day out.
The rooms were decent but could use a bit of refreshing. I actually found a Slim Jim beef jerky behind the TV which was not ideal.

The outdoor areas were beautifully landscaped with comfortable seating, creating a relaxing atmosphere for seniors like myself. Easy access to facilities made it convenient to enjoy the clean pool and the little putting green during my stay.
More elevators for easier access would be helpful.

I had a great stay while visiting the local botanical garden and historic downtown with friends. Our Executive One-Bedroom Suite had plenty of space and was clean, making it a comfortable retreat. Breakfast was especially delightful, featuring a wide selection that satisfied us every morning. Although the walk from the parking lot to our room was a bit of a maze, the overall experience outweighed that minor inconvenience.

The staff's friendliness was a highlight, making every interaction pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was a treat, especially the delicious scones and variety of options available. However, the room's darkness, along with dated decor, made it feel less inviting. Sound insulation was poor, allowing bathroom noises to disrupt sleep. Additionally, the lack of ice machines was inconvenient for refreshments during our stay.

First time at a Residence Inn and I really liked it! The room was clean, spacious, and comfy. It had a full kitchen, which made it easy to prepare light meals and snacks. Breakfast was fantastic each morning, with plenty of options—those waffles were a hit! The location felt accessible, and I appreciated that I didn't have to go outside to reach the breakfast area, especially since it rained during my visit. However, finding my room was a little tricky. the layout felt like a maze. Also, there are some signs of aging in the building like chipped paint and peeling floor moldings, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. Despite those minor issues, the experience was lovely and I would definitely choose to stay here again.
